Chinese clones do not include a raised imprint on the bottom leg of the company's Arabic name. The new bottles have print on both sides, the red crystals are circular and not large. The center red crystal and the supporting "necklace" should rest comfortably, be the correct size, and not look cheap. The clones have started adding the company logo under the base. Lastly, if it in the price range is between $20-$30 USD then that should be a big red flag.

The new boxes have the company logo printed on the plastic at an angle, a hologram, and a photo of the perfume tester which is included in all new boxes.

Lastly the smell test, if the perfume does not impress you then pass on it. Hope this helps. :)
